Processing times!
For moulds please check each listing, most moulds are ready to ship in coloured silicone but made to order in clear silicone. 
Large XL pallets and some medium moulds are made to order in both silicones, again please check the listing.
I send all items with royal mail, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched, depending on what shipping method you selected upon check out.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order? - Please email me at miawinstonhartbusiness@gmail.com
What do I do if my order arrives broken? - If your order has arrived broken please email me so I can solve this for you. 
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? - If you purchased a tracked shipping option please check your tracking info. I will have exactly the same info that you have. If it has been delivered please check with your neighbours if you can not locate the item. If the item is delayed due to customs or international shipping, please be patient. Your items will indeed arrive on due course.
Do I need to pay import/custom charges? - Yes as the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country.
